Marta Antoniak is a Polish painter, illustrator, and graphic designer. She lives and works in Kraków. In 2011 she graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of painting. She performs her work manually on specially prepared canvases, which are smooth as paper. Marta paints her backgrounds using acrylic paint. On top of this, she applies dots made with colored markers. Her work combines fantasy and realism. They often have a dark atmosphere, but are not devoid of humor. Marta works every day. Painting is her greatest passion and she can’t imagine a life without it.
